Jiyong Eom
Post Doctoral Research Associate
Jiyong Eom is a postdoctoral research associate at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory’s Joint Global Change Research Institute. His research interest includes energy & environmental policy and economics, demand-side management of energy, and technology innovation & regulation. At the institute, he develops and utilizes economic models and integrated assessment models to analyze the implications that energy service demand and end-use technologies have for the mitigation of GHG emissions. He received a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Yonsei University, a MS degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, and a PhD degree in Management Science and Engineering with the concentration on policy and strategy from Stanford University.
