Presentation to the Science Advisory Board of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. This presentation provides an overview of PNNL's Second Generation Model and coverage of special topics requested by the review panel. The Second Generation Model is a computable general equilibrium model covering 14 world regions and runs in five-year time steps from 1990 through 2050. The model is used for anlaysis of alternative climate policies.
