Abstract

After an unsuccessful meeting in Copenhagen in 2009, negotiators met at Cancun in December to discuss possible next steps. Contrary to admittedly low expectations, they agreed to a relatively broad set of agreements covering many of the major international climate policy issues. This informal seminar will provide a review of climate policy developments up to and including the Cancun Agreements, and will discuss possible domestic and international developments for the coming year.
